Maybe it's the varying shades of blue and purple batiks that make this quilt absolutely stunning. Or perhaps it's the stars in the center that grab your attention. Whatever you find fascinating about this quilt, it's definitely an eye-catching work of art any way you look at it!
This BOM program started in August 2017. 12 months, $23/month. The quilt finishes 102" square.
For the March block above, on page 9, you will make only the pinwheels and the plain 4 1/2" squares. Your kits include Triangle papers as an alternate method to the directions on the pattern. For a video tutorial on using these papers, CLICK HERE. Scroll down to the video titled Triangles On a Roll 1/2 Square.
For April, back to page 8, you will make two different blocks, 4 of each.
In May make only the center square-in-a-square and the flying geese units. Corner Pop by Studio 180 works great for the square-in-a-square. The Ultimate Flying Geese will make the geese units more accurate. If you use either of these, read the instructions with the tools before cutting.
Save these units for adding to the blocks you made in March. In June, you will complete the blocks by making the Peaky and Spike units.
